Before the Breakdown: 2019-2020 Revue Production Staff Applications

Cabaret Theatre and the Livingston Theatre Company are pleased to announce the 2019 back-to-school revue: “Before the Breakdown: A Musical Revue”, written and directed by Maya Mitterhoff! 

In a contemporary world dominated by social media’s emphasis on comparing oneself to others, the struggle to discover personal identity seems more treacherous than ever. Before the Breakdown: A Musical Revue tells stories of our journey to finding who we are. It begs the question: is it possible to accept the self while simultaneously working towards change and growth? Although our experiences and situations may differ greatly, we all search for that same thing: acceptance from within ourselves and from those around us.
